Matthew Wadsworth, LCSW

Another Denverite, Nia has also been here for decades. She’s been in Valdez since 2001! She attended Charter College in Wasilla and holds her Medical Assistant degree as well as her Associates Degree of Applies Science in Allied Health. She is quick witted and a bit of a prankster (the rest of the team can confirm).

Tahnee King, LCSW

Tahnee has been a social worker for 13 years. She graduated with her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work from Humboldt State University. She is a Military spouse. She has a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. She utilizes CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR in her work and she works with individuals from age 8 to end of life. In her free time, she loves reading all types of romance and fantasy fiction novels. Volleyball is her favorite sport and she may be a tad bit competitive when she plays.

Kyra Meyer, LPC

Originally from Denver, Kyra’s been in Alaska for 20 years. She has a Masters in Counseling from UAF (Go Nanooks!) and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health from ASU (Go Sun Devils!).
